Job Summary
Join us deliver our vision and mission for perfect personalised services through professional, caring, and attentive staff. We are accepting applicants who are qualified and are willing to join our Lifespa team, full time or part- time basis.
Responsibilities
- Carry out facial / body massage treatment according to company SOP and service standard
- Willing to be trained for new treatments from time to time
- Attentive to customer's needs at all times
- Able to establish long term customer relationship
- Prepare and serve beverages to customer
- Responsible to clean work area and sterilize all equipment used after each procedure.
Required competencies and certifications
- Beauty / Massage Certificate
- At least 1 year of experience working in a wellness spa or TCM clinic
- Strong knowledge and application and skill in various massage and facial treatments
- Malaysian work permit
- Proficiency in languages other than English to enhance team communication and customer interaction
- Willing to work on Week-ends and on Public Holidays
