Summary:
- Company: Semiconductor and Electronic Manufacturing MNC
- Salary: Up to RM3,000 + shift allowance + completion bonus
- Contract duration: 6-12 months
- Working days: Monday to Friday (rotational shifts)
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components of semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Install and connect electrical wiring, pneumatic systems and mechanical parts in accordance with technical schematics and assembly specifications.
- Perform functional testing to verify equipment movements, sensor responses, air pressure systems and overall machine performance.
- Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and basic software-related issues during equipment assembly and testing.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure assembled equipment meets technical specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, testing results, troubleshooting activities and production records.
- Collaborate with engineering, production and service teams to resolve technical issues, improve assembly processes and support equipment installation and customer training.
- Implement 7S practices to maintain a clean, organised, safe and efficient working environment.
Additional Information
- Minimum SKM Level 3 or Diploma in Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics or a related technical discipline.
- Knowledge/Hands-on experience in machine testing and troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately for technical assembly and wiring tasks.
- Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and wear protective smocks.
