Description
📍 Location: Pasir Panjang
🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday (Half-Day)
⏰ Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon–Fri)
Job Duties:
- Carry out building maintenance and repair works.
- Troubleshoot electrical, lighting, air-conditioning and plumbing issues.
- Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance.
- Attend to equipment breakdowns and building defects.
- Coordinate with contractors for servicing and repairs.
- Update maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
- NTC/NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Able to read electrical drawings.
- Able to work independently.
