The Role Sales Assistant cum Cashier
- Responsible for cashiering duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Maximize sales and profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
- Maintain cash transactions accurately according to SOP and keep proper records of operations
- Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
The Role Supervisor
- Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
- Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
- Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
- To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
- Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
- Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
- Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
- Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
