Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and securing sales
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the accurate specification and delivery of products and services
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and use this knowledge to provide tailored solutions
- Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and assist in the implementation of sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reportin
- Coordination with vendors/customers until completion of project
About you
- 3 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role, MUST be in the Fire Alarm System Services/Related Industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (Minimum RM 80,000 per month)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Technical knowledge and understanding of engineering products and solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs
- Degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Frequent travel
