Green Building Assistant Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate & Deliver Excellence: Work alongside our technical teams to provide top-tier professional services, showcasing your talent for fostering strong client relationships.
- Support & Grow: Assist in executing diverse projects, enhancing your expertise in acoustics, environmental assessments, sustainability consultancy, and green building certifications.
- Create & Present: Prepare high-quality consultancy reports, proposals, and presentations tailored to various engagements, showcasing your communication and analytical skills.
- Investigate & Analyze: Conduct thorough site surveys, inspections, and measurements to gather critical data for project success.
- Adapt & Contribute: Embrace ad-hoc tasks with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Acoustic, Building Services, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computing).
- Professional Credentials: Certifications such as BEAM, LEED AP, WELL AP, or China Green Building Label are a significant advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of green building standards and frameworks, including BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and CGBL.
- Modeling Skills: Proficiency in environmental assessment tools and built environment simulations (e.g., building physics, CFD modeling, natural lighting, energy simulations).
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu, with proficiency in Cantonese.
