RM2000 - 2500 / 每月


Benefits: 13-months AWS + RM100 grooming allowance + RM100 attendance allowance
Working Days: 5 Days a week including weekend and public holidays (Retail Shift, 45 hours per week)
Basic salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,300

Locations available to pick:
1 x Gurney Plaza (Penang)
1 x KLCC

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations.
  • Provide friendly customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage product displays, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
  • Handle sales transactions and operate POS system accurately.
  • Support fitting room service and daily store operations.
  • Promote promotions, new arrivals, and membership programs.
  • Assist with stock receiving and inventory arrangement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Retail, F&B, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long hours.
  • Responsible, positive, and willing to learn.
