Job Descriptions:
1) Debt Collection: Contacting customers who have overdue payments to negotiate repayment terms and
collect outstanding debts.
2) Payment Negotiation: Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements with customers based
on their financial circumstances and the organization's policies.
3) Follow-Up: Following up with customers via phone calls, emails, or letters to remind them of their
overdue payments and encourage prompt repayment.
4) Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection
practices, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), PDPA etc.
5) Problem Solving: Resolving customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints related to overdue payments
in a timely and effective manner.
6) Legal Action: Initiating legal action, such as filing lawsuits or engaging with third-party collection
agencies, when necessary to recover outstanding debts.
7) Training and Development: Staying updated on industry best practices and participating in training
programs to enhance debt collection skills and knowledge.
8) Targets and Goals: Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals set by management, such as
collection targets or call volume quotas.

Requirements:
Malaysian ONLY.
Min SPM and above.
Experienced or No Experienced (Training will be provide).
Good attitude, disciplined and open mindset to learn.
Proficiency in using computer and basic software/ apps.
Can start working IMMEDIATELY.

Salary Package & Benefits:
1) Basic Salary (Start on RM1,700.00 – RM2,000.00).
2) Commission + Incentive Package
