Salary Range: RM 3500 – RM 4,800 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days per week
What You Will Do
- Design & Create: Handcraft a wide range of floral arrangements including hand bouquets, flower boxes, baskets, opening stands, and corporate arrangements based on website catalog designs and custom orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure all floral products meet FNP’s high standards of quality, aesthetics, and freshness before they are dispatched for online delivery
- Order Fulfillment: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure all online orders are prepared accurately and completed on schedule.
- Innovation: Assist in developing new floral designs and concepts for seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Florist (experience in an e-commerce/online flower delivery setting is a huge plus).
- Skills: Strong technical skills in various floral arrangement styles, wrapping techniques, and color coordination.
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak festive seasons.
- Attitude: A team player with a positive attitude, strong responsibility, and a keen eye for detail.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
