⭐ Responsibilities:
➡️ Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders.
➡️ Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee and tea and other specialty drinks.
➡️ Working at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.
➡️ Answering customers’ questions about menu choices.
➡️ Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.
➡️ Taking payment from customers.
➡️ Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized.
➡️ Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
➡️ On-job Training will be provided.
⭐ Requirements:
✅ Female candidate is an added advantage.
✅ Candidate with SPM
✅ No prior working experience required
✅ Possess own transport or willing to take public transport
✅ Willing to work on shift, public holiday and weekends
