Job Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with food preparation, cutting, washing, and portioning ingredients
- Prepare vegetables, meat, sauces, and other ingredients for cooking
- Assist with simple cooking and food plating when required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area
- Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef
Requirements:
- Experience in a Chinese restaurant/kitchen is preferred
- Basic food preparation and knife skills
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and able to follow instructions
