Assembly Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Shift

Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 6:45 AM – 6:45 PM
Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM
Monday to Thursday (Rotating Shift)

Working Location:
Tuas

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $850/month
Transport Allowance: $120/month
Monthly Attendance Allowance: $35/month
Day Shift Allowance: $7/day
Night Shift Allowance: $15.50/day
Annual Leave: Starts from 8 days

Job Responsibilities

Perform assembly-related operations and secondary processing activities.
Use assembly tools to perform and inspect assembly processes.
Conduct basic housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Report to the Leader / Assistant Leader on work progress and issues.
Follow all company safety and health policies, safe work procedures, and instructions.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment.
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts from Monday to Thursday.
Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment.
Able to follow instructions accurately and maintain a high level of concentration throughout the shift.
Able to frequently lift/carry items.
