The Role

Achieve individual and support store sales targets and profitability goals through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques
Take ownership of sales performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, increase basket size, and promote relevant products
Contribute to the successful execution of sales initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches
Monitor personal sales performance and take appropriate actions to achieve agreed
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing professional product recommendations and solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate
Ensure products are displayed, replenished, and priced accurately in accordance with company guidelines
Support daily store operations to ensure the store is well-organised, customer-ready, and always operating efficiently
Assist in stock ordering, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure product availability and minimise stock shortages
Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards
Participate actively in training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and customer service skills
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager
