Job Description
- Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Schedule, supervise, train, and guide staff according to company SOPs and service standards.
- Monitor outlet sales, stock levels, stock take, stock ordering, and cost control.
- Handle cash registers and ensure daily financial transactions are accurate.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established SOPs and quality standards.
- Explain products and promotions to customers and actively promote and upsell products.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with outlet opening/closing procedures, special events, and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, OR 1 year of experience as a Team Lead/Crew Leader.
- Previous F&B experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
