🚚 HIRING: SHIPPING & RECEIVING SPECIALIST
📍 Location: Kallang
💰 Salary: S$2,000–S$2,500/month + 6% EIP
🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
🎯 Interview: 1 Round
📦 Job Responsibilities
- Receive, check and store incoming materials
- Handle shipping, packing and related documentation
- Process receiving and shipping transactions in ERP systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO practices
- Coordinate with logistics providers and delivery partners
- Maintain warehouse 5S, safety and quality standards
- Support daily warehouse and logistics operations
✅ Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Secondary Education or equivalent
- Warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Basic computer and ERP skills
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin for work-related communication
- Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
- ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
