Part Time Recruiter (Call Centre)
We are looking for freelancers to support our recruitment team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or online interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Experienced recruiters are encouraged to apply
- Malaysian citizen
