The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the timely and accurate entering data and monitoring freight deliveries.  

Key Requirement:

• Able to Speak, Read and Write in English Fluently
• Able to work on repetitive task.
• Able to compose E-mail and Understand E-mail treads
• Understands basic Delivery process.
• Basic Computer Knowledge & Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering and processing information through Salesforce, our internal CRM
    • Basic data entry and monitoring skills
    • Proactively monitor freight movements
    • Entering clear and concise case comments in the CRM
  • Track freight using various carrier websites
  • Forward freight issues or escalations for investigation to the Customer Service Specialists or Management to proactively resolve freight issues
  • Generating and correspond initial logistic email
