Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with enquiries and purchases.
- Recommend suitable baking ingredients and products.
- Handle sales transactions, online orders, packing and deliveries.
- Receive, replenish and arrange stock and product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and tidiness.
- Assist with stock-taking and daily reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Baking experience or an interest in baking is an added advantage.
