CARE ASSOCIATE
Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalised hospitality and companionship to residents.
- Anticipate residents’ needs and listen attentively to their wishes and concerns.
- Support residents’ daily routines and individual lifestyle preferences.
- Create a warm, welcoming and respectful living environment.
- Monitor residents’ general well-being and observe changes in their behaviour or physical condition.
- Report any concerns promptly to the supervisory team.
- Maintain residents’ living spaces according to high hospitality and hygiene standards.
- Encourage residents to participate in social, recreational and lifestyle activities.
- Support residents’ emotional and social well-being.
- Ensure all resident-care equipment remains clean, functional and compliant with hygiene requirements.
- Monitor, organise and replenish consumables and supplies.
- Demonstrate warmth, patience, professionalism and proper service etiquette during all interactions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor to support smooth daily operations.
