TECHNICIAN, TEST

S$1700 - 2300 / 每月

To provide the full support in the production for the maintenance of factory equipment and assembly processes, monitor and check the product quality and document results in strict adherence to procedures in a discrete manufacturing environment.

Job responsibilities:
• Support the setting up and operating of different machines, in good quality and running condition and monitoring the output.
• To learn the manufacturing process in great detailed, testing and troubleshooting at an appropriate level and provide support to the technical operator/operator if/when they are not able to correct the problem.
• Help in monitoring and checking of the product quality as they will be responsible for identifying when the process is deviating from the norm and taking action to correct it.
• Support in maintaining an accurate and clear documentation that proves that manufacturing is being carried out in accordance with both internal and external quality systems or regulations.
• Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection and cleaning
• Must exhibit composure in stressful situations and take action to restore calm if job appropriate
• To Lead the technical operators/operator in all the Production Line.
• Support the Engineers if required during the technical operator’s/operator on the Job Training.
• Will passionately focus on customer needs, and drive the performance business with the highest de-gree of integrity and trust
• Support the counting of materials during inventory.
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:
• NTC2/3 in Electronics or Mechanical.
• At least 2 years experienced in Manufacturing of medical device or electronic products.
• Must have good hands-on experience with hand tools
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair an advantage
