RETAIL ASSOCIATE
Job Responsibilities
* Attend to customers and recommend suitable health and wellness products based on their needs.
* Work towards individual and store sales targets.
* Stay informed about products and current promotions.
* Handle cashiering and daily store operations when required.
* Display, stock and replenish products.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the retail outlet.
* Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
* Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
* Sales or retail experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Positive, energetic and service-oriented attitude.
* Comfortable working in a retail environment on a 6-day schedule.
* Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, pharmacy, retail or FMCG is welcome.
* Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
