Production Operator
Job Description
-The manufacturing process involves producing electronic devices in a cleanroom environment. This requires wearing a cleanroom jumpsuit, smock, and/or personal protective equipment. The job may require standing to perform duties. As a Production Operator, your responsibilities include:
- Executing different process steps and monitoring process execution according to SOP and supervisor’s instructions.
- Notifying the supervisor of any observed discrepancies (SOP, process and quality discrepancies, safety breaches, outdated calibration data, documentation deviations).
- Actively participating in the KAIZEN process (e.g., minimizing waste) and contributing to a positive working culture and 5S mindset.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the production area.
- Performing other production-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Able to stand for long hours and comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Able to read and speak simple English.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule and maintain a good attendance record.
- Meticulous at work; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Semiconductor experience preferred.
