5 day work week 7.30am to 4.30pm.
Basic 1650 - 1750+ fix transport 180 (NO OT)
Yearly AWS + BONUS
Job Scope:
Primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
1. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure.
2. Inspect building systems, utilities, and machinery to identify potential issues.
3. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
4. Respond promptly to emergency building maintenance requests.
5. Support upkeep of lighting, fire protection, and security systems.
6. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance activities.
7. Supervise contractor work to ensure quality and safety compliance.
8. Electrical and mechanical maintenance work requests.
9. Ability to read simple technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
