Looking for your next opportunity in import/export, freight forwarding or customs declaration?
We are hiring Permit Declarants to join an established global company supporting logistics and international operations.
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 basic + incentive
Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5.5 days
Locations:
- Port Klang, Selangor
- KLIA / Airport Area
- Batu Maung, Penang
What You'll Do
- Handle import and export permit declarations
- Prepare customs and shipping documents
- Support customs clearance for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters and internal teams
- Ensure documents and permits are submitted accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
- Experience in import/export, customs, freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or 3PL
- Familiar with shipping and customs documentation
- Permit declaration experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working independently and handling documentation accurately
