Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting QA audits and outlet inspections for Tealive & Bask Bear Coffee outlets.
- Support checks on food safety, hygiene, product quality and operational compliance.
- Assist in documenting audit findings, complaints and corrective actions.
- Support product inspections and basic quality testing according to HACCP and internal standards.
- Assist in investigating and documenting product quality issues and complaints.
- Prepare and maintain QA reports, records and documentation.
- Work with QA and Operations teams on follow-ups and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other QA-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management or related fields.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to outlets. 🚗
- Willing to travel within West Malaysia when required.
- Good attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP/food safety is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
