✨ What You’ll Do:
1. Food Preparation Support
- Assist in basic food preparation such as marinating chicken, chopping vegetables, and portioning ingredients
- Support the cook in preparing sauces, batter, and side dishes according to recipes
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labelled, and within expiry
2. Cleaning & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen floors, counters, and cooking areas at all times
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure cleanliness in storage and waste areas
3. Equipment Handling
- Assist in the setup and operation of kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper use and care of kitchen tools and equipment
- Report any faulty equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
4. Stock & Inventory
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring freshness and proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Assist in basic stock counting and inventory checks
- Inform the kitchen supervisor of low stock or expired items
5. Team Support & Operations
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist during peak hours to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Maintain a positive and cooperative working attitude
6. Others
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
✅ Requirements:
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and a good team player
- Prior experience is a bonus, but not required
