Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a positive working attitude
- Experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service counter
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations
