👨🍳 WE ARE HIRING: ASSISTANT COOK
📍 Work Locations: Ubi | Serangoon
🧑🍳 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily food preparation, including cleaning, cutting and preparing fish, meat and vegetables.
- Prepare minced meat, salad dressing, laksa paste and other ingredients.
- Set up charcoal fires, steamboat stoves and tables.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, including cleaning the exhaust hood, refrigerator and front area.
- Assist with serving dishes during busy periods.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Reliable, responsible and punctual
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
✅ Good teamwork and communication skills
✅ Able to read Chinese for food ordering and food preparation
✅ Relevant F&B or Chinese cuisine experience is an advantage
✅ Steamboat kitchen experience is preferred
⏰ WORKING HOURS
🕙 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
☕ 2-hour break included
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
💰 Competitive Salary: $1,800–$2,700++ per month
