In-House Training Provided @ HQ MACPHERSON, 1~2 Weeks Before On-site Deployment
Front Line Maintenance (FLM) (ATM Technician) (High Urgency!) (x03 Pax)
Basic Salary: $2200 + OT (Gross Monthly Near $3000+-)
Fixed HP: $50
Note: No Year End Bonus, But Have High OT to Clock Additional Income
Rotational 3 Shifts Timing:
1) 7.30AM - 5.30PM
2) 12.00PM - 10.00PM
3) 9.30PM - 7.30AM
Location: SG Islandwide (North/South/East/West/Central) Zones (Approx 25 Working Days Monthly)
2) Talent Competency
- Mechatronic Academic Background or Equivalent / Electronic Parts Familiarity Knowledge / Passion with Hands-On Repair Experiences like Mechanics, Are Considerable
- Prefixed Non-Nego Requirements: All Staffs Must Be Able Stay/Rent in SG for Work Purpose. ("Must Can")
- SG Class 3 License "Must Have" to Qualified (Updated: 22nd Sep 2026 (Tues) @ 1:30PM)
3) Job Scopes
1. Clearing ATM Jammed (Paper/Card/Passbook/Cash)
2. Replenishing Near Depleted Consumables. (Receipt Print Paper/Print Ribbon)
3. Basic Remedial Maintenance – Preventive Measure, Consist Servicing Obvious Item That Will Prevent a Repeat or Subsequent/Continuous FLM Call
4. General Cleaning ATM, ATM+, BTM and CDM Exterior Outlooks (Display Screen, Fascia &Immediate Surrounding)
5. Reporting Site Problems (Lighting/Facility/Environmental Condition) to Bank Client)
6. Initial Onsite Investigation of Network Related Incidents
7. Provide SST Safe/Vault Access to NCR SLM
8. Suspend Call for SLM When Required (Example: Issue Beyond FLM Capability such as Parts Replacement)
9. Report Vandalism Incidents to Relevant Parties, Based on Established Process
10. Retrieval of Retained (Passbook/Card) When Onsite for a Remedial Call
11. Ad-Hoc Special Attendance to Site to Collect Captured (Card/Passbook)
12. Escalation/Inform Awareness of Vandalism to Bank Client
13. FLM Required Perform OT Maximum 2hrs When Needed
14. Partnership with ATM Escort Officer (AO) to Complete Live Tickets Arranged Routine Duties
