Warehouse assistant cum Driver

Punctuality & Reliability:
- Report to the warehouse on time daily to ensure the delivery schedule remains on track.
Loading & Inventory Accuracy:
- Top up stock, Load and unload goods according to the provided invoices. Responsible for double-checking that the physical stock matches the paperwork exactly before departure.
Spare Driver: Take over delivery job if any main driver not attend, and responsible for all delivery job :
- Strategically plan your delivery route to maximize efficiency and meet specific customer time windows.
- Ensure all items are delivered to customers promptly as requested, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude during drop-offs.
- Handle cash or cheque collection from customers upon delivery. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and accurate reconciliation of all payments at the end of the shift.
- Keep the company lorry clean (interior and exterior) and perform basic daily checks (oil, water, tires). Report any mechanical issues or required servicing to management immediately
- Ensure all delivery notes and invoices are signed by customers and returned to the office daily.
