📍 Location: Kulai, Johor
💰 Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,300
🕐 Shift: 24/7 & 5/8 Shift
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee day-to-day data centre operations
- Lead a team of 10+ technicians/operations personnel
- Oversee installation, relocation, upgrade and decommissioning of IT equipment
- Provide hardware break-fix support and troubleshoot servers, networks and storage equipment
- Manage structured cabling, patching and equipment connectivity
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance, changes and operational activities
- Manage inventory, RMA, cold spares, equipment and tools
- Coordinate and supervise vendors and site access activities
- Monitor incidents, escalations and operational issues
- Prepare regular operational reports and drive continuous improvement
👤 REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of Data Centre Operations experience
- Proven managerial / team leadership experience
- Experience managing a team of more than 10 people
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, hardware, cabling and troubleshooting
- Experience working in a large-scale critical environment
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a 24/7 or 5/8 shift environment
⭐ Advantageous: CDCP, ITIL, Server+, Linux+, Network+, A+, CCNA or equivalent certifications
