Job Responsibilities:
- Relief Housekeeping Supervisor duties when required.
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, manpower deployment and room inspections.
- Perform hands-on Room Attendant (RA) duties, including guest room cleaning.
- Carry out Public Area (PA) cleaning duties.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and housekeeping standards.
- Update room status and coordinate operations using hotel housekeeping systems.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and cleanliness standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor experience (compulsory).
- Must have hands-on Hotel Room Attendant experience.
- Experience using hotel housekeeping software (e.g. OPERA, Knowcross or similar).
- Able to perform Supervisor, RA and PA duties based on operational needs.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Working Hours (Rotating Shifts):
- 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
IMPORTANT: This is a hands-on, multi-role position. Applicants must be willing to perform actual guest room cleaning and public area cleaning duties, not just supervisory tasks.
