Working days & hours: 5.5 days | Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm (after probation alternate Sat)
Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Salary: Basic $2800 - $3200
Job Duties:
- Handle daily accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Verify invoices, process vendor payments, and check billing discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage fixed assets, including depreciation, asset additions, write-offs, and annual asset counts.
- Verify vendor invoice costing and coordinate with the billing team.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and update financial data in the accounting system.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve accounting issues.
Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- With knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is an advantage.
