- 4/3/3/4 Rotating Work Pattern
- Work 4 Days, Rest 3 Days
- Work 3 Days, Rest 4 Days
⏰ Available Shifts
☀️ Day Shift — 2 Vacancies
- 7:15 AM – 7:30 PM
- Shift Allowance: $12/shift
🌙 Night Shift — 2 Vacancies
- 7:15 PM – 7:30 AM
- Shift Allowance: $26/shift
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Perform machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Minimise equipment downtime and improve machine reliability.
- Support equipment breakdown recovery and maintenance activities.
- Assist with equipment setup and conversion when required.
- Monitor equipment downtime and prepare daily equipment reports.
- Carry out continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment performance and productivity.
- Work closely with production and other departments to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Able to perform equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shift schedules.
