Job Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain floral arrangements for hotel lobbies, guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and other public areas.
- Prepare customized floral decorations for weddings, corporate events, VIP functions, and special occasions.
- Ensure all floral arrangements meet the hotel's luxury presentation and quality standards.
- Maintain the freshness, quality, and appearance of flowers and plants throughout the hotel.
- Monitor floral inventory, manage flower supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with hotel departments, including Housekeeping, Banquet, Events, and Food & Beverage, to fulfill floral decoration requirements.
- Handle flower preparation, trimming, conditioning, and proper storage to extend flower lifespan.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workshop, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in planning seasonal floral displays and festive decorations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
