Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of stores within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company operational standards.
- Monitor store business targets, analyse operational data, and drive business performance improvements.
- Coach and develop Store Managers and store management teams to enhance their operational and management capabilities.
- Oversee food safety, service quality, and store image to ensure operational compliance.
- Support new store openings, store promotions, and the implementation of various operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 3 years of operational experience in the chain F&B or retail industry, including team management experience. Multi-store operations management experience is preferred.
- Strong team management, communication, coordination, and data analysis skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to travel and conduct regular store visits within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin.
Working Location: Malaysia
Salary Range: RM4,000 - 5,500
