Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Service Crew member to join our Food & Beverage team in Singapore K Bowling Club. You will deliver warm, efficient service to guests from all walks of life, helping to create a welcoming dining experience. We value merit, teamwork and a respectful, multicultural workplace.
Job Description
- Greet and serve customers courteously, take orders accurately, and respond to enquiries about the menu.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, counters and equipment.
- Handle cash and cashless payments accurately, and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards in line with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays as rostered.
- Willingness to learn and work well in a diverse team; prior F&B experience is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Basic Food Hygiene certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
