- Salary: Up to RM3,500 + RM300 fixed transport allowance + meal allowance + shift allowance + OT + AWS + VB
- Working days: Monday to Friday (rotational shifts)
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM) and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
- Perform component installation, wiring, precision alignment and calibration using hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments
- Conduct quality inspections, identify assembly defects and escalate technical issues to supervisors or engineers for corrective action
- Record assembly progress, update production data and maintain accurate documentation using ORACLE or shopfloor systems
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements and workplace safety standards
- Support daily production activities, maintain 5S housekeeping standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Additional Information
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in precision assembly, preferably in semiconductor equipment or high-tech manufacturing
- Willing to work rotating shifts (1-shift, 2-shift or 3-shift systems), including overnight shifts, depending on production requirements
