Store Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10am–10pm
Work Schedule: Shift arrangements with rest days
Involvement in retail sales, customer service and daily store operations

Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to support daily store operations in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves assisting customers, recommending products, achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
- Promote products and contribute towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional customer service.
- Process sales transactions, manage cashiering and support daily sales activities.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and visual merchandising standards.
-Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and general store operations.

Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service or frontline sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to meet sales targets.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage for customer communication.
