- AWS + VB + 15 days AL + Fixed transport allowance + Meal allowance + OT
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Working days: Monday – Friday (Morning/Noon/Overnight Shifts)
- Must be willing to commit rotating shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing and burn-in tests on semiconductor equipment according to work instructions.
- Assemble, set up, adjust and calibrate semiconductor equipment, including wafer-handling robots and modules.
- Use testing tools, diagnostic software and approved test procedures to check equipment performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment faults, and report complex issues to senior technicians or engineers.
- Follow engineering drawings, electrical diagrams and test specifications to ensure accurate testing.
- Record test results, equipment performance and technical issues in relevant systems.
- Work with production and engineering teams to improve testing processes and support daily production activities.
- Follow cleanroom, ESD and workplace safety procedures, including 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices, and assist with other assigned tasks.
The Successful Applicant / Additional Information
- Diploma Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly, testing, or manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment and test methodologies.
- Ability to use hand tools, basic test instruments, and measurement equipment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report documentation.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
