Summary:

  • Company: Semiconductor and Electronic Manufacturing MNC
  • Salary: Basic up to RM1,800 + Shift Allowance + Meal Allowance + Transport Allowance + Completion Bonus
  • Contract Duration: 6-12 months
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (Rotational Shifts)
  • Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery and assembly equipment in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
  • Perform mechanical assembly of semiconductor equipment and components using hand tools, power tools and basic measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM) and assembly instructions to ensure accurate production.
  • Conduct visual inspections, basic quality checks and functional testing to ensure assembled components meet required specifications.
  • Monitor production processes, identify defects or equipment abnormalities, and report issues to supervisors or technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily production output, assembly activities and quality inspection results.
  • Follow 5S practices, workplace safety procedures and quality standards to maintain an organised and efficient production environment.

Additional Information

  • Minimum SPM qualification with 6 months experience in manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and basic assembly processes
  • Ability to understand basic technical drawings and follow work instructions
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts when required
