We are hiring a passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at our European restaurant concept. This role is based at our unique locations in the Seletar Aerospace and Cosford Road areas. If you are a dedicated kitchen leader with a strong background in European culinary techniques, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and food cost controls.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in European cuisine.
- Deep understanding of European culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a fast-paced kitchen.
- Ability to work a 6-day work week.
