✨ Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised and exceptional service to every client
Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable luxury products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling
Work towards individual and boutique sales targets
Develop strong knowledge of the brand, collections, craftsmanship, and product features
Support visual merchandising and maintain high boutique presentation standards
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and daily boutique operations
Provide professional after-sales service to strengthen customer loyalty

Strong interest in luxury retail, fashion, and lifestyle products
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in engaging and building relationships with clients
Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets
Prior retail, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
Well-presented with a professional and service-oriented attitude
Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
