Manufacturing Technician (ALSI)

Location: Yishun, Central North Region

Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,700
Job Highlights: Completion bonus + $14 per night shift + Company transport islandwide including Woodlands Checkpoint

Key responsibilities:

Support daily production and resolve basic manufacturing issues.
Perform equipment, tooling, and process checks.
Assist with NPI, product trials, engineering builds, and product transfers.
Support troubleshooting and corrective actions with Manufacturing Engineers.
Record production/process data and maintain related documentation.
Support engineering changes, work instructions, and process records.
Participate in Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Hands-on experience in electrical wiring, equipment maintenance, or manufacturing support.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Able to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
Comfortable with hands-on production floor work and troubleshooting.
