Freight Logistics - Import/Export Admin Executive | Up to RM 2,300 | KL/Penang
- 5.5 Day Week
S$1800 - 2000 / month
Location: Kuala Lumpur/ Penang
Salary: RM 1,800 - RM 2,000/month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5.5 Days)
Key Responsibilities
- Check and verify supplier pricing, invoices and supporting documents
- Prepare and apply for Letters of Credit (LC)
- Perform customs-related functions, including customs duty permit declarations
- Assist with import/export and trade documentation
- Ensure information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous
- Candidates with a Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certificate are welcome
- Around 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Good communication and written language skills
- Meticulous, organised and comfortable working with documentation
