F&B Service Crew (Mall Outlet) 🍲🏢
📍 Locations:
Central i-City Setia Alam (3) | Sunway Pyramid (4)

Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000
📅 Working Days: 6 days per week
⏰ Working Hours: Based on mall operating hours
(8.5 hours/day, between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

JOB SCOPE

  • Provide efficient cashier service and accurately process customer orders
  • Prepare food, beverages, and snacks according to company SOP and quality standards
  • Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the kiosk, kitchen, and service areas
  • Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment when required
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM
  • At least 1 year of stable working experience, preferably in franchise, F&B or related industries
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
