We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused F&B Service Crew to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers professionally.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure tables, dining area, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
- Process payments and operate POS systems.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (including local MOH/KKM standards).
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service flow.
- Handle inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
- Manage shift schedules, task assignments, and stock checks.
Requirements
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in F&B; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with good teamwork.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possessing valid Typhoid vaccination and Food Hygiene Certificate is a strong plus.
