Job Overview
Support chef by preparing food, cleaning workstations, and keeping the kitchen organized safe and hygienic

Responsibilities
* Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, chicken and seafood
* Cleaning and Sanitizing: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery. Wipe down counters, clean equipment, sweep and mop floors and wash toilets
* Stock and Storage: Unload food deliveries, store items at correct temperatures, and check expiration dates
* Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins, clear food scraps, and maintain a tidy hygienic and dry waste area.

Requirement
* Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy supplies.
* Hygiene Knowledge: Understanding of safe food handling and basic sanitation rules. Attend; pass and attain Food Safety Course Certificate
* Teamwork: Ability to work fast and follow instructions in a busy environment.
* Language: MUST understand and converse well in Mandarin or English
* Health: No allergies to washing detergent and food especially seafood and chicken
* Cooking skills: assist chef in cooking

Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays & PH: Spilt shift work
6am to 11am: kitchen prep work
11am to 12pm: lunch break
12pm to 2pm: assist in cooking
2pm to 4pm: washing
4pm to 7pm: split break
7pm to 8pm: assist in cooking
8pm to 10pm: closing (wash & clean)

Saturdays: 6am to 6pm
Sundays: OFF

Salary
$3500.00 per month
