Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: Based on mall operating hours
(8.5 hours per day, scheduled between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle cashier duties and ensure customer orders are processed accurately.
  • Prepare food, beverages and snacks according to company SOPs and quality standards.
  • Provide friendly customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and proper organisation of the kiosk, kitchen and service areas.
  • Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment when required.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • At least 1 year of stable working experience, preferably in franchise operations, F&B or related industries.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.
