- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure the quantity and quality match the Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), or invoice.
- Arrange and store items in the designated locations according to company procedures.
- Issue goods to production, delivery, or other departments based on approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory system.
- Perform regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchasing Department when stock is low.
